About Magnolia

Magnolia is a mission-driven environmental organization sponsoring important habitat restoration projects through the sale of ecological offsets. We restore, enhance, and conserve critical habitats and ecosystems while simultaneously providing mitigation credits to help businesses navigate complex permitting challenges. Magnolia is a pioneering force in developing environmental markets to balance the needs of economic development with environmental stewardship.

What We Do

Magnolia restores, enhances, and protects critical lands across the United States. We coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies as well as private landowners to develop impactful mitigation projects. Our projects generate mitigation credits which are made available to companies and entities that must offset their unavoidable environmental impacts. In the scope of our work, we engage various stakeholders in the environmental community, including non-profit organizations, natural resource agencies, consultants, academics, and private conservationists.

A Proven Record of Success

Magnolia’s offsets improve our nations’ critical resources - water, air, species - while also providing efficient compliance outcomes for customers. We’re always on the lookout for the next opportunity. Take a look at a snapshot of our work to date:
